Head of the Charitable Foundation “Roma of Vynohradiv Region” and the Roma Legal Center
He was born on May 12, 1991, in the village of Pidvynohradiv, Berehove District, Zakarpattia Region, Ukraine. He completed his secondary education at Pidvynohradiv Secondary School of Grades I–III.
In 2013, he graduated from the Khust branch of the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine”, earning a degree in Law. As the head of the foundation, he provides legal assistance to members of the Roma community, aimed at promoting their integration into society and ensuring equal access to rights and opportunities.
Since 2010, he has been a private entrepreneur.
In 2019, he was honored by the Council of Europe. In 2024, he received the International “Cultural Diplomacy” Award from the NGO “Grand, Ratings and Nominations”. In 2025, he received a participant diploma for the project “With Ukraine in Our Hearts”. He has also received numerous certificates of merit and letters of appreciation from regional and district councils and state administrations.
He is a co-author of the book Bakhtale Romentsa.
Together with his wife, Kateryna, he is involved in preserving the traditions and cultural heritage of the Roma people.
He is married and is the father of five children.
